بِسْمِ اللهِ ، تَوَكَّلْـتُ عَلى اللهِ وَلا حَوْلَ وَلا قُـوَّةَ إِلاّ بِالله .

Bismil-lah, tawakkaltu AAalal-lah, wala hawla wala quwwata illa billah.

‘In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.’

بِسْـمِ اللهِ وَلَجْنـا، وَبِسْـمِ اللهِ خَـرَجْنـا، وَعَلـى رَبِّنـا تَوَكّلْـنا .

Bismil-lahi walajna, wabismil-lahi kharajna, waAAala rabbina tawakkalna.

‘In the name of Allah we enter and in the name of Allah we leave, and upon our Lord we place our trust.’

Arabic Numbers (0-9 with number names)


Arabic Script is written right to left (Opposite English), But their numbers are written Left to Right (just like English)! 

In practice this means that in Arabic we have to read in two Directions Whenever we read something containing numbers!
